• The Take Home Whitening promotion covers individual whitening/fluoride tray (926 x 2), impression/instruction-home whitening (119×2) and the whitening gel (927) deemed appropriate for the patient in the clinical opinion of the practitioner. This may be PolaNight 18% (Carbamide Peroxide), and/or PolaDay 6% (Hydrogen Peroxide) or Opalescence Boost 16% or other equivalent reputable product. This can come in different measurement syringes.
• Full application description will be provided to patient for whitening product.

Chair-Side Teeth Whitening Promotion

• Offer covers a single session of chairside professional whitening (code 118) done using either Polaoffice+ (37.5% Hydrogen peroxide) or Opalescence Boost (40% hydrogen peroxide).
• Result can vary for teeth whitening and are based on many oral health and lifestyle factors.
• These results will be discussed with each patient prior to treatment commencing.
• Patients may be recommended to have a full exam, x-rays and clean prior to the commencement of teeth whitening for best result. This is not included in the $750 cost and calculated separately.
• Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate.
• Offers subject to appointment availability of product.

Terms and Conditions

• Patients are required to have check-up done within the last 6 months for patient safety. Teeth Whitening treatment performed in the presence of dental infections may result in severe sensitivity, damage to oral structure and/or loss of vitality of teeth or gum recession.
• A dental examination and X-rays (with cleaning) will be performed prior to the whitening procedure and can be done at 50% discount on GAP to private health rebate or $250 if participants do not have private dental cover.
• Offer is available to a person over the age of 18 and minor need to be accompanied with a parent to receive this offer.

Free Implant Consult Promotion

• This offer is subject to appointment availability and available to new or existing patients and has limit of one consult per patient.
• Normal fees for clinical consultation are within range of $50 to $120. This free consultation is not a comprehensive examination.
• This appointment is available to patient to discuss their current concerns and have an idea of their implant treatment options and other available solutions.
• Offer include a 15 min no-gap consultation to ensure applicability and suitability of the implant procedures. This consultation involves patient needs and requirement its potential risk and benefits.

Free Invisalign Consult Promotion
